When you die you go to either heaven or hell. Heaven is a small room with a bed, small table and a chair. On the table is a computer connected to the Internet of all Internets. Anything you could ever dream of is available through this computer. All in super high def through virtual reality goggles. Just think of it visit any city, see any person, have relationships with anyone, live your dreams and enact all your fantasies. It's a real life holodeck.
Hell is the same room with a 28.8kbps connection.
It's bothering me more and more as I turn 40 this year. What's bothering me most is I'm just "average." I have a wife, kids, a house, 2 cars, a mundane job, and when I die, people will say "Oh, he was a good man," and then the world will forget about me a couple of months later. It almost feels like a waste that I've lived this long, used up a bunch of resources, and have not produced any benefit to mankind
It's hard to explain, but something like that.
Can I drive the bus?
go become a serial killer or try and become a dictator for the world and noone will forget u for the comming years.

Thats how the world is people die people are forgotten people live on. Only the ones that had an impact on the world are being remembered. In a good way or in a wrong way.
Most of us wont be remembered at al. But its up to us if we can change that. Can we do something to be rememberd for. Can we help this dying world or can we have such a heavy impact that we wont be forgotten.
Most people like to think we can. But eventually we all will be forgotten as people tend to live towards the future and not stay in the past.
i was dead a billion years before i was born, so no, i do not fear death.
has no one mentioned heaven yet?
The Bryan Adams song? :hmm:

I guess it's the thought of my life not making a difference in the long run. Sometimes itt just makes me feel like "Nothing I do matters, so why bother?"
