Not to mention: Do you want these friends?

It's best to have a friend find *you*. Such as Brandon, who is my best friend. Curtis was a friend of mine, and he met this kid named Brandon, when Brandon finally came to my school, I met him. Brandon was a very active and talkative person, although he was not a good grade maker, and I don't really see how he made it to the 7th grade. Although, he rode his bike to my house one day, told me to get my arse off the computer and ride w/ him to somewhere. Since then, we've been going absolutely everywhere together, and I taught him "the ropes" about computers, along with another of his friends, Ken. Now-and-days, he's more like the person that just wants to play Ultima Online or Counter-Strike all day, yet I want to get out.

I also met another best friend, John, from class one day. We were forced to have a lab together, and at first we hated each other's guts. I remember looking at him saying in my head "What a **** head." He would look back at me with the same face, too. However, my other friend who I met in 1st grade, Andrew, started to talk about Dragon Ball Z, and me and John entered the conversation, and we just talked from there. Then I taught John "the ropes" about computers. We passed notes in class during Science, I told him how two processors meant jack in windows, why it didn't work like some people thought it did, what memory was, what hard drive space actually was, everything. He had so many questions it was unimaginable. John from then, advanced further than I ever planned to in computer knowledge, reading thick books and taking $2000 classes. We have been best friends since 9th grade. It seems as though I've known him all my life, too.

I also met Michael Todd, this really weird large man this semester. The other side of the room would always talk about fast cars, their own, and other stuff, and I felt left out because I was on the wrong side of the room. So I just moved over there, and started talking to them about cars, and from then, we've been friends & been racing a lot

I met Tia from Stephanie; she had to sit with us because she had no other friends in the lunchroom. I hated Tia at first, because she looked like a rat, and never talked. However, after a while, I got to know her, and she was actually what I thought her to be :/ She was stupid, very skinny, rat looking, and did I mention? Stupid. Anyway, I've spent a lot of time with her because she's fun to be around.

I met Rebecca in English class in 9th grade, because she had some sort of Fetish with my hair. She would constantly play with it (she sat behind me) and the teacher didn't care, because it was a messed up class to begin with anyway. I had "Elmo" in that class too, you should get to know this "Elmo" dude, he's awesome. He is the only person I know that can get out of his chair, in the middle of class, and stand next to the teacher while she teaches w/o getting in trouble.

I met Melanie at the fair about 5 years ago, her other friend didn't show up, and we rode the Bullet together, she was scared and held on to me during the ride. When we got out, she told me the story of how her friends didn't show up, leaving her here...etc.. And since then, we've been hanging out spontaneously, at least until last year when she disappeared, everyone I talk to says something different like "She died" "She moved" "She's home schooled" etc... So maybe if you visit a fair, and ride w/ a chick, you can go from there, surely

Take a drafting class, which will get you a good bit of friends, surely. I have met Cadman, Chris, Geren, and Anson there. They're pretty cool guys, but other than Chris, I don't generally hang around with them.

These are just a few of the people I've met and how, but maybe this'll give you an idea of how to meet new people?

Thanks all for your replies...

Well, about true best friend, I think I do not have one here. My best friend moved to France last year, and I don't really hear from her that often because she does not have a computer handy there. Anyway, its been a while now, and I've been quite used without her now, but I've been alienating myself from the rest of my friends when she was around. We spend a lot of time together, and I tend to aww... Fvck the rest.

Now I've been trying to catch up. It kinda sux though. Most of my friends here are either too stingy to go out (which really really sux), and I can't pay for them all the time, or some of them are too lazy to try new stuff, or the rest are just into other things and not interested. I get really frustrated. I do have one friend who's very active, but she's got this habit of using people to do her things. I get crazy about it. Its like she will phone me only to ask me to do something for her. In the end I think I'd rather be on my own!! :|

All in all, that's it folks. The whole story is that my friends sux because of the reasons I've stated above. btw, when I say I pay for them, does not make me rich. I'm just normal, and sometimes when I see one of em really wanna go out, but you know, the feeling 'I'll be spending too much, economy not so good sh!t', I will pay for that person, cos man, you need to live and socialize despite the current situation. Sh!t!! I think that I'm going crazy here.

I really miss my best friend
