i complain that i should be doing something. Usually i pick out a project that's been shelf sitting and do a bit of work on it. Guitar, X-Box or check AT jillions of times.

When I was involved with my studies and term papers in college, I would have to turn off my computer at my desk to avoid being distracted - and trying to hang out at AT. Keeping the computer off solved some of the procrastination issues. Procrastination is a pain the butt at times - hopefully, they will have a drug for the disease some day.

They do - it's called an excessive workload. If you KNOW you can't procrastinate and still finish, then you'll either a) stop procrastinating or b) be out a class/job/whatever.

At least, that's what does it for me.
