There is a commercial on local radio for a Jaguar dealership. The female narrator has a British accent, and pronounces Jaguar really funny (with 3 syllables). My midwestern ears nearly bleed every time I hear it, but to my surprise Webster's says that 3 syllables is one of 3 proper pronunciations.
You learn something new every day.
