Communitists. PLUS we have to pay extra about $15 month PLUS if we can't fit all our crap in them like at christmas or whenever (Some people have lots of kids) we have pay even more extra to have bags picked up. And, if the bags are too heavy, they don't get picked up.

They're saving the environment by making you throw out less trash. Well, ignoring all of the garbage cans that everyone had to throw away since they were useless anymore. But after that, I'm sure it will be great for the environment.
