To get internet access, we had to watch a video on how to use a cable box and then return the cable box we were supplied with......It wasn't long (about 1.5 hours) before i took teh phone from my gf and started bitching and moaning....after a half hour, I finally got the internet up.
BTW: I looked at my bill, and i was suppsoed to get the digital silver package AND Starz...worst customer support ever.
Sad as it is to say it, I'm not surprised by that at all.
