It is already one week since I only received the memory on November 14.
I don't want to take the chance of receiving the replacement in time to mail the rebate request.
So, that is why I want to return this and not ask for a replacement.
I will call newegg on Monday and see if they have any suggestions.
You could also call the company on monday....they usually will approve an RMA number right then and there...and some companies will cross ship.
