Say you bought $900 worth of computer parts and all you had left was to buy a new CPU. The CPU is in your house and yet your mom won't let you put it together until 24 days. How would you feel.

Also my dad has worked VERY hard for his money. We as a familey deserve it.

A 60K car that will be worth 10K by the time I get it. Just think my dad drives 140 miles to and from work on his work days. He's gone on Buisness trips at least 3 days a week. (Hints why my parents are getting divorced) So by the time I get it in about 3 years it will have atleast 100K miles on it. Plus they are redesigning the 2007 Escalade.

OMG...how are you going to bear being seen in that piece of trash. Its not even the latest model! All the kids at school are going laugh at you, and no girl wants to date a guy that doesn't have the latest escalade.

When I was your age, my parents would sometimes let me use their new PC, which was a 386-16MHz with 1MB RAM and 14" VGA monitor (about $3k PC), to play Kings Quest V or F-15 Strike Eagle. Kids today are just spoiled with $500 - $1000 gifts, which was unheard of 15 - 20 years ago (at his age).
