mines came stock 175/166. i upped the memory only to 195. its memory limited so increase the memory speed to max possible, then increase core, which shouldn't be much if at all.
It will depend a lot on cooling. But being that it is such an old card, I wouldn't go spend money on a cooling system, when you could buy a faster card for just a few dollars more.
It is also different from card to card. What brand is it?
Dont most GF MX cards come with passive cooling only? Probably could pick up a 40mm Fan and mount it on the heatsink, it might let you overclock further and only cost a few bucks.
my hercules prophet gf2 mx was at 200/200 stable for the last 6 months i had it. No fans or ramsinks.. just the small stock blue aluminum GPU heatsink.
