AMD Athlon II X3 440 3.0GHz, ASUS M2A-VM, 2GB RAM DDR2 667Mhz, POWERCOLOR 5770 1GB, 250GB Seagate, Corsair TX650W PSU, 24" Acer P244W, Logitech 2.1 x-240.
Its not that bad actually.
However the end of the journey for your motherboard would be something like:
AMD Phenom II X4 945 (~109$) 3.0ghz ----> overclock to 3.6 - 3.7ghz or so.
Your motherboard doesnt support Crossfire,... so you cant just drop another 5770 in there.
Youd have to sell the 5770 and get anew gpu thats faster.
You might be best off just doing a completly new pc (motherboard/cpu/ram). However Im sure alot of people could make due with a phenom II x4 overclocked to around ~3,7ghz.
If you want to do a cheap smaller upg, adding some more Ram + Phenom II x4, might be the cheaper way to go. Then overclock the liveing hell out of your 5770 aswell.
