3,545 mi is about as far away as you can get and still be in the continental US
Fascinating
Eastport Maine, first US town to enter into the new millenium, its pretty much on the edge of nowhere
Sounds like a nice place.
Nothing there really.
3,429 mi ? about 2 days 3 hours is how far away I am.
That's what sounds nice about it. I imagine it a very peaceful place. I could spend a couple of weeks there if only they have at least one or two local taverns.
They offer tours and have a shop where you can stock up on mustard with flavors like maple horseradish, cranberry, lemon pepper, and beer.

I was just there this past week. Actually in Salinas, but visited Monterey and Carmel each day. Beautiful weather, beautiful towns.
