The ram is 107 on newegg, I am getting it for 65 shipped. My prices are the ones below.

And I'm buying all this hard ware used, so the fan holes are already made by my friend.

dude, i have that exact same case and i've used an x2 3600 oc'ed to 2.8ghz, an x1900gt, and 3 or 4 hard drives in it at the same time. it's a great case as-is. it comes with a 120mm fan in the back, an 80 in the front, has some holes for another 80 above the cpu, has some holes above the video card, and the best part is the entire front is a metal mesh with little filters behind it. i've never had any heat problems with it, and i live in texas.

get the all-new parts. it's way more fun to build it yourself! you could also save $50 on the cpu by going with an e4400 instead of e6420.

I am getting all the parts uninstalled anyway. I know how to build, and I'm going to overclock the hell out of it. And I got the e6400 because it's faster. I also am on a budget of 680 dollars including a monitor.
