My CPU was running at 1920mhz at 1.75 volts at 54C under full load before the mod.
After the mod, my CPU is running at 2000mhz at 1.75 volts at 45C under full load.

That's a great idea, actually! I have a side fan as well...I should route the air from the side fan to my cpu...

Yeah, it's really dusty where I live. No matter how much I vacuum, dust magically appears.
To do the mod, all you need to do is measure where your CPU fan is in relation to your case, then do a bit of math and cut the cardboard so that it perfectly lines up. I used some duct tape to adhere it to the fan. Good luck
