I think we might have finally hit "Peak Samsung."
Their phones with either be a letdown from this point, or at the very least they won't stand above the rest of Android for the cost premium Samsung will demand. The S6 was already a letdown for a lot of people. The 6P is better than the Note 5.
Their TVs are no longer the best, that ended the moment they gave up on plasma and OLEDs. I would rather have a Vizio in most cases for the money when considering their LED tvs, way too much edge lit overpriced crap with a Samsung logo on it.
Their appliances are overpriced and often don't have features that stand above the competition for the extra cost.
Apple is moving away from them for CPUs.
Qualcomm survived a bad year still on top meaning that the most crucial component in many smartphones won't be made by Samsung.
Their payment solution should be a slam dunk (doesn't use NFC) and it's not.
Their hold on VR marketshare will slip as soon as they move away from Oculus's special sauce.
Their wearable devices get worse the deeper they get into that OS no one wants to mess with.
A year ago they were on top of the world, now the long decline begins.
