How is the Dell 1800FP?

I'm looking into purchasing one, and wanted to know how it is. Any help is appreciated.

Also, how is Dell with returns? If I have dead pixels, will they excahnge it?

I got mine a few weeks ago and the picture quality is outstanding. I'm not exactly sure what their policy is on the dead pixels though. Purchased mine from www.legendmicro.com with a 3 year warranty for $500. You could probably catch a better deal through dell small business when they have a sale.

Dell has always been excellent about returns/exhanges.

I ordered a laptop about 2 years ago and just before I received it
changed my mine on what I wanted on the system. They sent FedEX
pick-up and delivered me another in about a week. No extra charge
for the pick-up either.

I purchased a 1900FP about 6 months ago. Great monitor and can't
believe that there were no dead pixels. I believe that there is a minimum
dead pixel return policy they have. Search their site and it should be there.

Got my two 1800FPs a couple weeks ago. I couldn't have been happier.

Does this monitor support a dual-cpu connection (one on the analog and one on the DVI)? Doesn't look like it according to the specs, but thought I'd ask just in case.

Yup, there's a button on the front panel to switch between DVI and analog input.

Well I just got the monitor, and I have to say it is amazing. I have no dead pixels. I am loving it. Thanks for all your help.

BTW, I am using the DVI Connector.
