How is the T-Mobile coverage in Los Angeles and Orange county areas in calif?

With Sprint, for an extra $5 you are able to roam on Verizon's network.

If price is an object (and customer service isn't), this might be an alternative.

I hear all the time that it's "not as good as Verizon", but it works great for me - and the price is right:

$50 per month, 3000 anytime minutes = 1.6 cents per anytime minute. :beer:

Last 3 yrs with Cingular/T-Mobile in So. Cal hasn't let me down, even with this rumored "network busy" thing. Riverside, LA, and Orange Counties, no problem. In the mountains in San Bernardino Co. might be an issue if you deviate from the highways, major towns and resorts up there. I'm running a unlocked SE T616. Yea I do run into some pockets of no reception, like in class, in movie theaters, and out in the middle of nowhere, but there is no need for a phone in those places.

I have sprint and have no problems whatsoever.

I had a guest in for 4th of July weekend and he had Verizon and could barely get a signal in my apartment.
