No it doesn't they still all serve the same food items, mostly the same.
This is how all franchises are fun, each store decides it own prices and such.
One taco bell here a Taco Supreme is 99 cents, and a at another a few miles away it is 1.20.
At one a Burrito Supreme is more expensive than a grilled stuff burrito, but at another it isn't.
