i usually get around 6.5-7ish. when i get the 6.5 is when i feel more refreshed don't know why...on weekends sleep less somehow usually go to bed around 3am and wake up at 9am so that's 6hrs. don't know why but can't sleep much more than that.......but usually take 1-2hr naps on weekends.

Like 5-6 a night during the week. It drags me down though and if I don't grab a long nap at least once during the week, I'm sleeping 10-11 hours on Saturday/Sunday.

I need a regular sleep of about 8.5 hours to not be sleep deprived. I'm jealous of people who need less. I am nonfunctioning if I go more than two or three days with just 6 hours.

8.5...go to bed at midnight and wake up at 830. I love my show up before 10 job.

Started a new shift at work so only about 2.5-3 hours while my body adjusts for the last week and a half. I'm running on E right now.

Weekdays = about 6 hrs or less and I feel fine
Weekends = whenever I feel to get up = 8 hours or more

If I get much less than 7hrs, I start to see seriously impaired mental functions, including basic reasoning, short term memory, and increased irritability. Assuming I go easy on the liquid intake before bed, I can easily stay asleep for over 9hrs.

6 to 7 tops. As long as it's good uninterrupted sleep that's more than enough for me. Back in my teens and 20s I could sleep for 12 hours, now I can't go beyond 7 no matter what. After that I'm wide awake.

4-6 on weekdays, 10-12 on weekends.

Started a job 3 weeks ago, and you'd think that many days of getting up at 6am that I would go to bed early, but I go to bed no earlier than 12am, usually 1-2am. Meh, I usually function okay most of the days with that amount of sleep, although I fucking love 10+ hours.
