when i'm really active, i sleep about the same amount, but it feels like deeper sleep (and I feel better the next day). Overall, probably 7 hours a night.
4-6 on weekdays
8-10 on weekends (well, saturday... I force myself to get up early on sunday so that I can go to bed early sunday night and get a good night's sleep before monday, as opposed to not falling asleep until 3-4 am sunday night and having to wake up for work at 6)
