The email is from the senior consultant (the person that looks over my work before it gets sent out. She CC'd the email to my boss.

I'm not sure how I'm going to respond. I'll come up with something creative...

Hopefully you'll have your own business at some point and if you do, you'd probably appreciate people quitting if they don't want to do their work, instead of just leaching money from you and your business that you've worked so hard for.
