It says nothing about her. It does, however, mean that you're not the "bar/club slut type", since if you were you'd know how to not leave a hickey.

Seriously, though, that kind of thing happens, don't worry about it. If it worries her, have her get some coverup and it'll be fine. Also, are her parents really that conservative? It really matters on the person, but they take a little longer to heal then rope marks. If the rope marks are gone in the next few days, you should be fine in a week.
