how long is a 1 year agreement?

i entered a colocation agreement on 2/15/07 with a payment on 2/15/07

what date would be the last payment date? 1/15/08 (12 payments) or 2/15/08 (13 payments)

i'm looking at my 6month apt lease and i signed it in feb, and i must pay for the month of august, not july (7 payment dates)

The only way you will find out is if you read your contract. If you don't understand what it says in the contract you should have asked these questions BEFORE you signed it.

I would think its 12 months, i.e. 12 payments.
