in the summer, I have worked upwards of 130-140 hrs... in the winter it can go as low as zero hrs a week
40-50, no poll option.
40 (+15 hours of commute )
Why do some of you salaried folks work more than 40? Is your salary based on a longer work week? Do you get a big bonus For it? I've never understood people that consistently work unpaid overtime. Sure, put in some extra time in a crunch, but why do it every week?

Because we have to sometimes. If you wrote the code or support an application that business pulls out of their ass to elevate for no reason, you can't really say no. I have been at my company about 2 years now and I notice everyone tries to screw me with the on call and late shifts. That and people complain to your manager if you leave around 4pm. I usually get here at 730am so I can leave around 430 and I eat at my desk.
I understand that sometimes stuff just has to get done. I'm salaried as well. But some people seem to make it the expectation that they'll work 50-60 hours every week on salary.
Sounds like you need a new job, too.

Fail poll. Missing a 40-50 option. Also it fails because what if you work exactly 30 hours, or exactly 40? Options should be 10 or less, 11-20, 21-30, 31-40, 41-50, 51-60, etc.
I don't know why it's so fricking hard to make a decent poll.

Yep, I fall in the 41 to 50 hour range. Extreme poll failure
OP needs to change his name to Dumbazz.
