Just want everyone's $.02 here so I can go out and buy a juicer for the lemons I have here.
You pay for an item, how long is acceptable for the seller to get it to your door? I have had sellers mail items with $4 s/h with $.50 bulk rate (w/ stamps) First Class mail, and others still that go out of their way to pack well (4x the size of the item) and get it to you two-day.
I feel that around 30 days, when Paypal's Buyer Protection policy kicks in and you've received NOTHING, except "I don't control the mail" messages from the seller, that you should raise a stink. Or around the 25 day mark if it becomes readily apparent something's wrong.
One specific seller is adamant to refund only after 60 days, which I thought rediculous. I would file the complaint at day 29, and deal with the rest if it actually came.
Opinions? I both buy and sell there, and I try to send the same day I receive payment with Priority Mail or higher.
