how loud is the delta 30cfm fan?

reccomendations for a non overclocked 1.2ghz tbird?
im building a comp for a friend (a girl )
is the 30cfm fan too loud?
which hsf do you guys recommend? i was planning on getting the taisol cgk760 with the stock fan, but i was thinking that that might not be enough so i thought about the 30cfm delta fan... im getting the enlight 7237 case.. does it have good airflow without and modding?

DON'T use any fan over 30 or so decibles... that girl will think you made her a crap computer! what is she using the comp. for? usually you can save some money and get a 900 duron or something. the taisol would be awesome.

I have the Taisol cgk760 with the 30 CFM Delta fan, and it is LOUD. I've never heard a Delta 38CFM, but I can say that I just built my computer and already I am thinking about getting a new fan. I can hear it from outside of my room into the hall. I can hear the fan while I am playing my mp3's.

For a while, I've had a 1GHz TBird in a 7237 without any case fans and it worked just fine.

The 80mm in front is VERY quiet. It's also pretty much worthless with those tiny holes in front. It would be good if you just took that 80mm and put it on the back.

there is a thermaltake fan 60mm x 60mm x 25mm @ 28 decibels that supposedly pumps 31 CFM and that performance almost rivals the delta screamer 39CFM. You can buy it here. I dont know if these specs are bs but i heard good things from this site. I am planning on getting one of these fans for my next rig which will prolly be a 1.53 Palo, cant wait .
