How mad have you gotten over a video game?

I once broke one of those monitor protector things. I didnt mean to, I took a real light jab to the monitor. I've seen a kid break the mouse.

I followed Anarchy Online religiously for a year and a half before it was even released. Pre-ordered and played from day one. A month later I was so disgusted I deleted it from my machine and never looked at it again.

Cursed heavily, and almost broke my controller.

One time I remember vividly was from AC 3. I kept losing on a mission that had you go through an entire research facility. Every single room was filled with guys that would take a 1000 armor off. By 3/4 of the level, I would have like 100 AP left, and die.

I tried that level like 20 times and still die at the same part every time.

One time my good friend beat me twice in a row at SC (pretty much destroyed me in game), and as i was losing the second game i turned around and threw an empty Mt. Dew in his general direction out of anger, then he grabbed it and threw it in my general direction. We both missed hitting each other with it by a mile lol.

That's been 5-6 years ago. I've mellowed out with videogames, but if I don't get enough sleep i'll flip out at anything :frown:

I got so mad at Battletoads that I bit my NES controller hard enough to leave teeth marks.
On more than one occasion.

I hit one of my old logitech keyboards hard enough that a few of the keys popped off. They were easily reconnected though.

Punched a hole in my wall. Took two hits. 1 hit was for one incident, then like an hour later, I hit it again in the same spot and my fist broke through.

I've also thrown my wavebird across the room.

I get very mad when my internet disconnects when I'm playing a game (I have the shittiest ISP in the world). I got home today at 4:15 PM. I was playing some TF2 by 4:30. By my count, at 5:15, my internet had dropped 7 times. I've broken a modem or two (have a backup though) by "handling" them roughly (IE throwing them against the wall.)

When i was little and first got Nintendo i used to get so mad i'd punch myself in the leg. I used to have bruises all over my legs.

I'll still throw a controller now and again. Don't play computer games though, so never done anything to my keyboard or mouse.

Playing PC - I was doing some RvR in DAoC, and got pissed at an Alb zerg on my server, threw a playful punch at the monitor to lightly tap it like I had in the past, but I guess I was more angry than I realized and it ended up breaking a window pane when it fell over.

Playing XBox - threw my MadCatz Micro controller against my oak dresser. Surprisingly, it still worked.

Man, I've punched the floor, walls, my desk, myself. I will swear uncontrollably and it doesn't matter who's in the room. I will scream at the top of my lungs if I feel it's necessary.
