Wait, thats my age. How many? I don't know, I've had 5, one for every year since I discovered my special purpose at age 10, but now I'm considering to bump it up and make my own "Moore's law" about the total number doubling every so often.

Seriously, I don't really care right now, and I've got 2 more years till I have to decide. j/k

If I have a wife I'll have mounds of added stress and grief.

If I have a wife I'll be perpetually broke.

If I have added stress and grief, and I'm always broke I won't be happy.

Since having kids won't increase my happiness, there's no reason to have them.

To those of you that say 0 kids. Man that's depressing, you must really hate your families and are extremely lonely. I'm an extremely independant person and enjoy being alone but I couldn't ever imagine not having a big family to go to on holidays (no matter how much I regret it the second i show up). Besides you got to pass down yourself and have somebody to change your diapers when you're older.

I don't hate my family and I'm not extremely lonely. In fact, I'm bored as hell alone and need to hangout w/ someone all the time. When I'm home by myself I get bored. I have a sister, parents, unlcles grandparents. That's plenty to go home to on the holidays. I'm just selfish and don't want to blow all my money on a kid and live paycheck to paycheck. That and I still think I'm 14. I'm immature as hell and I'm not even close to being ready to getting married. I mean, what are you gonna do, sorry family, I'm gonna go have a few drinks w/ the boys. Sorry, we'er goin out to pick up girls tonight. I'm gonna go play basketball at 24 hour fitness till 3 in the morning. Man, I'd really like a new boat, but I have to buy clothes and food for my kids and pay for their braces. I'm not really that concerned about passing myself down as I could care less what happens...I just want to live my own fulfilling life and if having 0 kids is the best way to do it then that's how I'm gonna do it. Don't get me wrong though, I'll probably want kids in the future because I like kids. I just don't want to blow money on a family when just getting out of college I have a job and have all this money at my disposal and don't have to worry for once in my life...

That and I absolutely hate soccer moms and the whole parent social circles where your parties end at 12 and now you have parties with prepared food instead of just dancing and booze. I couldn't stand socializing with people and all you talk about is your kids. I don't know, I just find new parents really really annoying and the whole baseball game with tons of little kids and parents watching the games talking about what little timmy is gonna be doing terrible.
