I've been to all the ones in the US (depending on how you want to define "going" to the Hollywood sign... you can't exactly walk right up to it anymore), but the only international ones I've been to are the Eiffel Tower and Colosseum.

Statue of Liberty, Central Park, World Trade Center, Empire State Bldg. and the Dakota Hotel in NYC

Capitol Building, White House, Treasury, FBI Bldg., Washington Monument, Pentagon, Lincoln and Jefferson Memorials, Tomb of the Unknowns, JFK's memorial--actually Arlington Nat'l Cemetary all inclusive--viewed all the "famous sites" there while visiting where my grandfather was buried, Cellar Door in G'town (saw Cheech and Chong there, for instance), all the Smithsonian Bldgs., Iwo Jima Memorial, Netherlands Carillion, and on and on in and around D.C.

Site of the 1972 Olympic Israeli massacre in Munich.

Brandenburg Gate, Berlin.

Eiffel Tower and The Louvre in Paris.

Colosseum and The Vatican in Italy.

Sears Tower in Chicago.

Stonehenge in Wiltshire, England. Did a fair amount of crawling around in Scotland and England.

I think only 4:

Eiffel
GG Bridge
Capitol
Niagara Falls (only on the Canadian side though) .

I've been to New York City a few times, but had no interest in going to the Statue of Liberty so I left it off.

Capitol hill
GG bridge
Hollywood
Statue of Liberty
Eiffel tower
Sydney opera house
Driven past Stonehenge, don't know if that counts
Forbidden City

They left out a bunch...

Also, does it count if I went to the cities next to some of these landmarks?

1. The Statue of Liberty, New York City
Even climbed the stairs inside..

2. Mt. Rushmore, Keystone, S.D.

I've even seen Mt. Rushmore from the Canadian side:

4. The Hollywood Sign, Los Angeles
Seen it from a distance.

6. Sydney Opera House, Sydney, Australia
Sort of...it was still under construction and looked something like this:

12. Capitol Hill, Washington, D.C.
Yes...took a month to wash off the filth...

15. Niagara Falls, Niagra County, N.Y.
Pretty impressive.

20. Golden Gate Bridge, San Francisco
WAY too many times...but none are as impressive as the first time...or the first time going UNDER the bridge on a small fishing boat.

All as a child on family trips, besides Hollywood sign. Haven't really been anywhere of significance as an adult.
