Hey, there are good Russians. Granted, yeah, not sure I'd trust that, but I feel like average Russians get a bad name due to their government (not unlike the US, and, well really pretty much everywhere).

The nice thing about these is you can run these as forwarders in your internal network and use openvpn on your mobile devices when abroad so you never see ads, no rooting, no jailbreaking (which is moot these days haha) needed.

Not usually however if they depend on a server "hit" that's unreachable certain things like videos may not play. Not to worry as if that's the case I find another (usually better) source and move on. Ads (the animated/autoplay/pop up/under/etc CRAP) need to die a slow, horrible death.
