My bank doesn't even have a physical branch. It's all internet, telephone and ATM banking (with the exception of some kiosks where you can go to get a new bank card, sign up, etc.). I've been using it for three years and will never go back.
I have a savings account, checking account, RRSP's, a line of credit, and can even get a mortgage if I want it. I pay all of my bills online and also get points that go towards free groceries. If I ever have a problem, I just pick up the phone and call, anytime of the day. I've never even been on hold for longer than a couple of minutes.
The best part is that I have NEVER paid any kind of banking fee for anything. Everyone that I work with complains about how they are getting raped by all of the bank fees that they have to pay, yet no one does anything about it. It's unbelievable. I know people who pay more than $30 a month in fees.
I hate regular banks with a passion.:disgust:
