How many other people run more than one machine?

I was sitting one day and realized I had enough spare parts to make 2 whole computers. So I did and I networked them, put one on a kvm switch and get to the other one through remote desktop. The kvm one is running fedora core and my main comp and the remote one are win xp pro. I run seti@home on them (now boinc) and im working on configuring the linux box as a file server. Just wondering if anyone else does this sort of thing.

LOL..I think most people here have more than 1 rig running. I have 4 PCs and 2 laptops on pretty much all the time nowdays, and thats nothing compared to alot of people here.

my bro has 1, one down stairs for parents, 3 in the basement doing nothing. i would have more but we threw a few out before we moved.

One main rig here with a separate "game box" for that sorta thing. Also have an older rig (750MHz!) set up so that friends can browse the web while the other two boxes are being used. All running XP Pro (used to have a Linux fileserver in addition but the power bill was a bit much...)

That's it at present but I do have my eyes on a nice OSX PowerBook somehwere down the line

man we are all uber geeks, we are all posting on how many machines we got :laugh:

I feel almost left out... I only have 2 myself. A current P4 rig, and an older PIII one with Win98SE (for playing the older games that don't work on XP.) I might one of these days be wanting to experiment with Linux, and I'll probably be using my PIII rig for that. Linux should run on a PIII 850 MHz, with 384 megs SDRAM shouldn't it?

I am currently have 3 running. One in my son's room that I use to get on the internet. One for playing C&C games. My wife has one. It is a P4 1.8 400fsb, 512MB of pc2100, small hd and a 64mb graphics card. All she does with it is play Soltiaire.
