I move up to 3 weeks in a few months. at 2 weeks right now.

once i get the bump, I'll have 15 days vacation + 12 floating holidays. 80 hours of vacation will roll year to year. holidays don't.

sick time is not limited, except that after X number consecutive days, i have to go on disability.

12hrs accrued vaca x 12 months = 144hrs / 8hrs = 18days.

PLUS all Major holidays + 2 floating holidays = 8

I can also carry over 80hrs per year.

26days total PAID per year.

30 days + as many sick days as I need (have to actually go to a doctor in the morning if I'm going to miss work though).

If my work actually made me drag myself out when I'm sick I'd just go to work. At which point I'd hack green phlegm on my desk and all over the common work areas. Thanks for making me leave home guys!

Four vacation days. I also get four paid sick days.

I am amazed at the paid time off I am seeing in this thread. The most paid vacation days I've ever had at any job is ten.

Good for you all, though. Enjoy!

I've not been with the company a year yet; I get:
- 5 days paid vacation
- 3 days sick/personal
- Some holidays

The paid vacation days increase the more years you're with the company; I think after 10 or 15 years, you get 5 weeks.

304 hours + 40 hours carryover from last year. 10 hour days, 4 days a week. So, roughly 8.5 weeks of PTO this year.

15 sick/vacation days and around 6 or 7 formal holidays. It's too much trouble to take vacation. I only took 4 days last year.

14 Days off plus 3 days per year get added to my sick leave account but I can only pull from my sick leave account if I'm out for 3 or more days in a row and get a doctor to fill out some retarded form my HR insist on.

If I don't do 3 days or more in a row and the doctors note then the sick day is taken out of my vacation days.

Yea HR for fucking us over once again!

I'm currently at:
15 vacation days a year, can accrue up to 300 hours max
1 floating holiday (use it or lose it) per year
24 hours PTO (use it or lose it) per year
10 paid holidays
12 sick days a year, can accrue this indefinitely.

In four years I'll earn 17 days a year.

Sick days, vacation days, and holidays are all the same. I start off the year with 80 hours and accrue 5 hours per week.

42.5 days

18 days. 3 weeks and 3 floaters. We don't really get an allocation of sick days - if you're sick, you just call in sick, and you need a doctors note after so many days (think it's 3). For first 2 years you don't get paid for sick days (only the first day of the year) but after 3 years you get paid. I don't really get the logic behind that, guess it's to discourage new employees from calling in sick just because.

If I do overtime I have the choice to bank or take the money, but overtime is RARE now that I'm not at helpdesk anymore. I used to rack up tons of overtime there. It's actually kind of bad since I made more money as a help desk guy then I do now as a server guy.
