18 days. 3 weeks and 3 floaters. We don't really get an allocation of sick days - if you're sick, you just call in sick, and you need a doctors note after so many days (think it's 3). For first 2 years you don't get paid for sick days (only the first day of the year) but after 3 years you get paid. I don't really get the logic behind that, guess it's to discourage new employees from calling in sick just because.
If I do overtime I have the choice to bank or take the money, but overtime is RARE now that I'm not at helpdesk anymore. I used to rack up tons of overtime there. It's actually kind of bad since I made more money as a help desk guy then I do now as a server guy.
