How much can I use from my old computer?

OK this is how it breaks down, I am buying a whole wack of new parts off www.ncix.com (Its cheapest for me, plz don't go off topic) And this is what I am getting....

Now, as you can see, I am missing a hard drive, floppy drive, and well, I guess a DVD drive, now I want to use my hard, floppy and DVD drives, but my hard drive is WDC 80GB's would I be able to use it on my new mobo. on Belarc this is what it says for each drive...

IDE-DVD ROM 16x [CD-ROM drive]

LITE-ON LTR-48247S [CD-ROM drive]

3.5" format removeable media [Floppy drive]

Everything will work, or should in the new build. The CDROM drive is a little redundant though. You should look at getting a DVDRW drive with software. That way you can legitimately participate in the constantly active threads on which media works best with which firmware thereby justifying your new purchase.

Studies have concluded that discussions of DVDRW drives and media now consume nearly 40 percent of total Internet bandwidth.

Everything will work, but, I would recommend replacing that HD. You're putting together a very fast system and that 5400rpm HD is gonna hamstring it. I recommend getting in on THIS DEAL as a direct replacement or THIS if you want the bleeding edge. The drive you have will make an excellent backup and MP3 drive after a format.

EDIT: because my typing skillz suck. Besides, everyone knows I'm training to be a cage fighter.
