as for benching...
max out around 280-290
depending on the day & how I feel i can do a few reps (around 3-6) at 240-250
kinda weak considering I'm 5'11" & weigh 210 oh well..
some days it's like I have double the endurance though.
Speaking of pothead strenght, I've heard that if you have lots of thc stored in your system from lots of potsmoking that you can get a workout buzz after really strenuous workouts? True? Have you ever experienced this magical phenomina?
several years ago I could benchpress 150 lbs ... being a girl I always felt that was pretty good specially not having worked at it ... don't have a clue how much or little I could do now...
