How much can you BENCH?!

my senior year in hs, I could do 370 before I needed shoulder surgery

makes me sad to think about it... I doubt I could do more than 270 now

I was a 5'11" 245 fullback w/ scholarships waiting for me but I couldnt recover from the surgery...still gives me problems

I could do 275 as my max and 225 about 7 times. I am stronger w/ dumb bells tho, using 90-95 lbs and can do that about 4-6 times.

hell my V3 and a celeron @ 700 got higher

as for benching...
max out around 280-290
depending on the day &amp; how I feel i can do a few reps (around 3-6) at 240-250
kinda weak considering I'm 5'11&quot; &amp; weigh 210 oh well..
some days it's like I have double the endurance though.
