How much coffee do you consume?

I'm probably a coffee addict. I drink about 6 cups a day. My minimum is probably 3 cups. I'm not talking about small cups, they're fairly medium to big. Also, these are grounded Colombian beans, so no Americano style. Is that even normal? Anyway, what about you?

I think the lack of a caffeine habit is a symptom rather than the cause. You're automatically full of nervous energy due to being batshit insane, so you don't need caffeine. Unfortunately that means you can't start drinking coffee to fix it. Sorry.

I used to drink at least half a pot before work. Then often would have a cup or two at work and could come home and have another half a pot at home. I was at the point i could drink coffee and go to bed still

But went to San Diego and gave it up cold turkey. Had the worst headache for like 2 weeks. But now if im tired i have a cup of coffee and i am good to go. If i drink a 16oz coffee im wide awake and have the shakes lol. but nice ot know itll actually work as a stay awake method now.

Right around 44oz including milk or creamer. After that it's milk, water, powerade zero, or soda. Sometimes I have to drink something other than coffee in between sips if my stomach gets unsettled.

Last summer I worked in a tiny office with 7 people. Only 2 of us drank coffee and there would be days where I would make a whole pot and the other guy wouldn't come in so I ended up having to drink a whole pot of coffee myself.
