If the first 4 hours are the ones where your awake but just can't fall asleep, and finally you fall asleep and then you sleep well until the evil alarm clock tolls ... Maybe look into trying some Melatonin? Might not help, but, it might make a big difference for you. (I don't usually anxiety too much, but, I have a fvcked up internal clock ... always tired in the morning and never at night, but, I have to be awake by 8am...)
5-6 during the Summer
Anywhere from 7-14 during the Winter.
6 hours. Every day of year.
I don't even have to set my alarm most months.
