I hope to shed 28-38 pounds. I bought a muvo2 to use while jogging. now i just need to figure out a healthy diet to eat. No low carb diet because thats not healthy.
I weigh in the morning 81.5kg at the last comp (OL). At night my weigh goes to a max of 84kg.
I need to get to 94kg naked weigh in the morning. Going to take me years or maybe never? Got to eat so much food. Oh well I got years to make it, if I ever do.
6'2" 195-200 depending on what time of day. Down from 210 last month. All I did was stop drinking soda and try to eat better. No fries, no soda, don't stuff myself. Seems to be working great. I wanna get to the 190 that it says on my license.
