I have an update:
This morning I weighed in at 188. I've been cutting and also was in CA for 12 days. I've lost another 7 lbs. My abs are starting to come in nicely. I'm down 17 lbs from my peak bulking weight of 205.
But I'm sure some of the loss has been muscle mass. Kinda disturbing to me. It's painful to watch recent gains in size melt away. Luckily, my strength has not diminished by much.
In the end, I don't know if cutting is really worth it.
