I gotta say we all complain about the gas prices too much. We should start complaining about grocery store prices. $3.85 for a gallon of milk is crap. :thumbsup:

I think it's supply and demand. Usually metro areas and richer neighborhoods have more expensive gas because there is a large demand for it. Likewise, in remote areas there aren't much choice as to where to get gas... but I might just be talking out of my behind... time to google

Why does gas cost different in some states? There are two major reasons. One is the differences in state taxes. Some states have higher taxes than the others. But an example between states California and Kansas, in California during the summer months they have to use what they call reformulated gasoline, which is a higher cost fuel than what is required here in Kansas.
