I wanna do that too, to fix where some mix made to melt ice screwed mine up. If they put a thin layer on top, would it stick?

it would work... that's what the owner of 1 place i've been renting did say 9months ago in my backyard. it's concrete and probably 30-50yrs old and he had it resurfaced. Now it's bright and, cementy looking...

If you're talking about spauling (where there are like 1/2" deep craters 1 foot around), you can fix it yourself with Vinyl-crete. It'll trowel out to 1/16" deep.

Where do you buy Vinyl-crete? Not sure I'd tackle it myself though.

abc, what did the owner use?

I'm just looking for a rough idea of the per square foot cost.

I suggest you go here then.

yay! (I suggested he point that to google. Glad to see he did it!)

Oh, and BTW, you're looking somewhere between $3.00 and $6.00/SF depending on numerous factors. Hard to pin down with no info.

What other info do you want?

It's not actually the driveway, it's the space between the current driveway and the property line on the side of the house. I figured it's the same thing. The area is currently dirt, rocks, and weeds. I measured it last night and it's about 15' x 70' that needs concrete. So roughly 1000 sq. ft. It would be used as extra parking space so it does need to be able to handle the weight of a car.

It would be nice to have it concrete, but I figure I could gravel the entire area for around $200. So I might do that for now rather than spending 4k or so for concrete.

I'd guess you're looking at about $3,000 then. Depends on material pricing in your area, labor prices, thickness of pour, remesh/fiber, sealing, etc. etc. etc.
