Well? How much is it and what is the place you're living at like?

This is a thread for renting places... not for owners. Renters only apply!

$400 all utilities paid(I pay $25/m for internet). Sub 200sqft studio apartment if you don't include the hallway sized kitchen. I share a bathroom with 3 others. It's fine though.

I'm looking at this though: http://www.aspiraseattle.com/floor-plans/browse-floor-plans/ 2 Bed/2.5 - 1774sqft. (It's only like $6000/month)

How does it go from $950 to $1700 a month? I would love to know what "everything else" is. Utilities should not be astronomical either....

wtf are you doing? Remodeling every weekend?

Just rent is 950 a month. After water, electric, garbage, recycling, lawn service etc. it equals to about 1700 (summer rates, i get away with about 1450 in winter)

electric alone runs me ~650 a month.

$980/month (includes heat/electricity/water) for myself. Double that for the entire place (1 roommate). And that's the discount rate arranged by my graduate program. Unfortunately, I only get this place for a year, so I'll be moving this summer.

My current place is about 580 sqft (converted one-bedroom)

$985/month for ~1000 sqft place in far NW suburbs of Chicago. I pay all utilities, everything comes out to about $1150/month on average. Though I'm looking to buy a place sometime next year if all goes well.

Not a fantastic deal, but considering how high property taxes are around here (like $5000/year for this dinky place) I'm surprised rent isn't higher.

821/mo, can't remember the sq ft, but I think it is 600-700 or so for a 1br, 1 ba. It all comes out to probably $950-1000 with utilities and internet. Not sure how much electric is going to up this summer though, I just moved out here.

I own my house now (or, well, I pay the bank back for it). My last apt was about $2600/mo for 2BR plus 2 parking spots in the garage. Before that, $1450 for a 1BR + den that I shared with a friend.

These prices, of course, are meaningless as national data points. Housing costs are very local, and while the above prices might be astronomical for Butte, Montana, they were about the going rate for a mid-rise apt near the metro in Arlington, VA.

1100 sq. feet.
2 bedroom with 2 full bath. Washer and drying in our apartment.
$735 a month. Everything included except for electricity and internet that we pay for. Usually ends up being around $800

The last time I rented it was $860/mo for a two bedroom, two bath apartment. It was about 1,000ft² (93m²) and only water was included.

$1900/month for 1br/1.5bath, and that is actually on the cheap end of things in Hoboken. We will probably move into a house in a few years only to be raped by NJ property tax.

595 - 605 after I pay 10 bucks to get the fastest internet speed. Includes utilities unless I pass over the allotted amount. Around 500sqft, not very nice, I pay for location.
