Do you fucking grow assloads of pot in this place?

How the hell do you manage 650 a month!?

Pool, plus 50 year old roll-out windows, in this heat I have to keep the AC on 70 for some rooms to keep 80, only time the AC stops running is for a couple hours throughout the night.

06/24/2009 $426.57
07/20/2009 $521.39
08/21/2009 $527.78
09/22/2009 $549.28
10/28/2009 $641.69
12/21/2009 $600.00

01/26/2010 $585.06
02/22/2010 $239.37
03/18/2010 $217.05
04/05/2010 $158.75
05/12/2010 $249.18
06/23/2010 $381.31
08/13/2010 $500.00
09/01/2010 $663.40

thats just a chunk to show all months, nasty trend huh? - I don't make landlords replace windows because im locked in to $950 rent. If they were to do renovations they would charge the 1500+ monthly.

My "rent" is about $6500 a month, but then again, I live in a ridiculously huge mansion.

I think I would either a)insulate the place or b)move, instead of paying $600 electric bills.

If I move I will be paying just as much but in rent instead of electric. I live less than a block from the beach, I don't want to move to cheaper housing.

I live underneath a bridge, so rent is free. I get all the space and my toilet is self-cleaning. Great views, too.

$730/month for ~500 sq ft. w/ water and sewer included. I like the place, but the kitchen and bathroom really need to be remodeled.

Rent is pretty expensive here, especially considering the low median wages. A lot of apartments in this area converted to condos, which in some cases means paying $1200-1600 for a 450 sq ft. place. I'm not going to do that.

$0 ... I payed the mortgage off 7 years ago.

Well? How much is it and what is the place you're living at like?

This is a thread for renting places... not for owners. Renters only apply!

$400 all utilities paid(I pay $25/m for internet). Sub 200sqft studio apartment if you don't include the hallway sized kitchen. I share a bathroom with 3 others. It's fine though.

I'm looking at this though: http://www.aspiraseattle.com/floor-plans/browse-floor-plans/ 2 Bed/2.5 - 1774sqft. (It's only like $6000/month)

you are so fucking cool!

Rent: $732/mo
Water: $10-15/mo
Electricity: $40/mo

Total: ~$800/mo

1 BR, 1 BA, 550sf "Economy". Basically there's no door between the living room & bedroom. San Antonio, TX. Brand new apartment complex (I'm 2nd renter in my apt.), 5mi to commute to work on back roads which takes me 10-15min.

$495 a month for a 1/1, 700 sq ft apartment. Signed up when they were offering a special and got one month free rent, so sits right at $450 a month realistically.

I pay $25 a month for high speed internet (get half off for a year, its awesome) and my utilities per month is like $30.

Roughly $500 a month for your own place considerably close to campus. I consider it a win, especially after living with someone in the same room as you for two years, I needed my own space.

$1350 for 2 master bdrm/ 2.5 bath. 2 car garage + one outside parking permit. 1316 sq ft condo.
Gas, electric, water and Fios tv/net about $175/month combined.

Nice little area, never heard of any crime in the condo complex. Los Angeles county.

$600/month, heat/hw/gas included (downside: heat included means I have no thermostat, and my landlord keeps it set to 75-80 all winter). 30-45 minute commute into NYC via mass transit (or 5 minutes driving with no traffic. lol)

don't know the square footage, but it's a 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, dining room, and eat-in kitchen.

fair market value for this place is probably $1,200-$1,500/month, but my great aunt owns the house... gives me the family discount on rent in exchange for maintaining the place, helping her run errands, etc.

~$800 a month including water and heating, but not electricity or Internet (but it's not that expensive, maybe $30 for 50Mbps, cheaper for slower speeds like 20mbps). About 820 sq feet.

$749 for rent + $30 for washer and dryer... I think it's an 1100 square foot townhouse. I get about a $200 discount each month on rent though.

As for utilities... I got my electric/water/gas bill the other day for about 56 days of use... ~$170.

Our mortgage is $600, utilities bring it to about $800. The house is small, 1000 sq ft, 2 bedroom, 1 bath, but we do have a good sized yard and pool.

$1600 + 120-200 for electricity per month for an old pos 2br apartment. Plus side is that a shopping center/supermarket is 2 blocks away and the number of different bus lines in the immediate area.
