How much of a kernel of corn can the human body actually digest?

Based on the consistency of my 2yr old sons shit after he eats corn, I'm going to say the body doesnt digest any of it.

It doesn't give you gas, it helps pass gas already in you.

You need a healthy intestinal flora along with that fiber. There is also insoluble and soluble fiber. Mix it up.
