Im just turning 21 but I am a pretty health conscious person. Even so, my regular diet composes of at least 50% veggies and fruits, with the other 50% composed of grains and meat. I work out every day at the gym too. I have tons of friends who eat extremely trashy, such as burgers and hot dogs and lots of greasy foods, but they never ever eat anything healthy. I do notice that Im healthier then most individuals, but still, at least I have some self-control.
