How much of your diet is composed of fruits and vegatables?

Im just turning 21 but I am a pretty health conscious person. Even so, my regular diet composes of at least 50% veggies and fruits, with the other 50% composed of grains and meat. I work out every day at the gym too. I have tons of friends who eat extremely trashy, such as burgers and hot dogs and lots of greasy foods, but they never ever eat anything healthy. I do notice that Im healthier then most individuals, but still, at least I have some self-control.

5-10%? Definitely not enough.

I eat bowls of steak flakes for breakfast, pasta shakes for lunch and drink large glasses of melted cheese with dinner.

I'm at about a good 30% of my meals are fruits/vegetables the rest would be carbs protein and fats. I try my best to eat a balanced meal, but when I got o restaurants i don't hold back. I workout 6 days a week, 8 times a week; I think i'm healtheir than most.

Not very much. Daily I eat a dozen slices of bread, a few bowls of cereal, and some random meat, usually beef or chicken.

i'd say probably at least 60-75% of my diet is fruits and vegetables.

but... i'm vegetarian so i eat a lot of veggies and tofu.

I eat McD's now and then, like once a month or less. Pizza maybe once every other month. I've started going to the gym 3 or 4 times a week since January, it's made a pretty big difference so far.

I try to eat a few pieces of fruit a day, drink lots of water, each meal I make sure to include some veggies in it, usually when I cook meals at home it's a lot of rice or bok choi or things like that. I don't eat a lot of huge steaks or anything like that, if anything my biggest problem is breads and grains and things like that with lots of carbs. I love garlic bread, different kinds of buns and stuff, I try to make sure any breads or rolls I buy are multi-grain so at least I get some more nutrition out of it.

im trying to eat more fruits and veggies only because i am discovering that they taste very good with my meat and grains. Too bad they cost so damn much.

Im trying to eat 1 fruit a day now (as opposed to 0) and I dunno how many services 2 whole bell peppers or 20 asparagus spears, or 2 cups of diced misc. veggies equates to per day...

The only way I have managed to eat some vegetables is to eat Lean Cuisine's and South Beach Diet Dinners at work for lunch.

none unfortunitly- I eat pleanty of lean meat, whole grains, skim milk, protein shakes and take a daily vitamin.

They're mostly veggies though. I try to eat more fruits, but the thing is, most of the veggies I eat are included in a meal (I.e. I'll make beef stew and load it with potatoes, carrots etc), whereas fruits are usually eaten by themselves.
