Obama has been to the right of Reagan in most of his policy decisions. Obama talks like centrist but his actions are very much to the right. There are little of the left remaining in the Dem Party.

Agreed. I think it's important for people with employer subsidized health insurance to find out how much that subsidy is. Can't just look at your cost alone. For example, my insurance at work costs me $103 per month. I don't know how much the employer pays in.

This is a problem as most employers don't disclose how much they contribute. I work for one of the few companies that do and the amounts are staggering.

I'm 55 non smoker and for a family of 3 I pay $600/mo or $7200/yr, my employer kicks in $983/moD: or $12k a year. So if I had to buy my current plan on the open market it would be just under $20k per year

Yes, he also lied about being able to keep your own plan and your own doctors, but everyone knows that and everyone knew it when he said it. They just lie about it.
