For those that rent and share a bathroom, how much cash would you doll out to get private use of the bathroom?

I.e. Rent = X, Additional = Y, New Rent = Y+X

I'd peg the value of the bathroom at $100/mo, probably more if you're in a relationship.

However in reality my wife owns them both. I am only a timid visitor in her bathrooms.
