A few stops and it will be wiped off. The evidence of the stupidity will still remain though with the outside edges of the rotor still red.

They are most likely anodized which won't interfere with anything.

I hope English isn't his first language. Looks like a good deal. The paint will just scrape/burn off the first time you step on the brakes.

I think you mean oxidized not anodized.

Anodizing is a method to harden aluminum usually for the purpose of making it stay shiny.
