right now, i work seasonly on a farm and make about $7.50/hr, but when this job is over, i expect to go to work for a small computer business in a near by town and make somewhere around $10+/hr

whoops, i almost forgot, im 18

I think the better question is how many billable hours you have per week. That's a little more indicative than just spitting your billable rate out there.

You seem to be under the assumption that I work 40 hours a week, 52 weeks a year. The question was "How old are you? How much do you make?" I answered both.
"Where do I work?"
Perhaps if you had known that I live and work in Tokyo, Japan where wages are relatively (read considerably) higher for contract work than in most other places around the globe then you might not have had your doubts. Still I made no claim nor did I imply that I made what you imagined I made based on your specious math.

I wouldn't mind making that kind of yearly dough but I gave up working those kind of hours a long time ago. I enjoy my freedom too much; dakara, I work freelance.
